Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • There is a defect in the product, the wrong item was delivered, or there is a significant quality issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or washed products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or discounted items unless they are damaged.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method or a mobile banking service (such as bKash/Nagad) within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Option

You may opt to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund. Exchanges are subject to item availability and must meet the same return conditions.
